Apple is sticking to the 2 week schedule and has released iPhone SDK 3.2 Beta version 4 for the iPad. Following the trend, developers will have 2-3 more revisions to the iPhone SDK 3.2 before the iPad launch.

Update: Through some digging, 9to5Mac has found that there are some new gestures coming to the iPad/iPhone and Apple has removed references to video call/chat.
Apple today released the 3rd update to the iPhone SDK 3.2 for developers to build and test the new iPad apps.
